House Rules:

Mana Beach House is designed for relaxed family holidays, coastal escapes and intimate stays with registered house guests only.

To preserve the peaceful residential setting, parties, events, DJs, amplified music, external guests, after-hours entertainment and commercial use are not permitted.

Outdoor music must be turned off by 8pm, and quiet hours apply from 10pm to 8am. Sound travels easily around the pool and outdoor areas, so we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbouring homes.

Elopements, Photoshoots & Commercial Use:

Planning an elopement, wedding-related stay, photoshoot or commercial use of the property requires prior written approval before booking.

An additional fee of $1,500 + GST per day may apply to ensure exclusive access, preparation and appropriate management of the property.

Pets:

Small, non-shedding dogs may be considered by prior approval only. A pet fee applies. Please contact us before booking to discuss your dog and confirm suitability.

Security & Privacy:

For guest safety and property security, external cameras monitor the driveway, front door and back door. An outdoor noise sensor is also installed. It does not record audio.

There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest spaces.
